Dear colleagues!

On June 21, 2023, Kharkiv will host the I International Workshop on Computer Engineering and Information Technologies, organized by the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (Kharkiv, Ukraine), National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” (Kharkiv, Ukraine), Military Institute named after Heydar Aliyev (Baku, Azerbaijan), ISMA University of Applied Sciences (Riga, Latvia), University of Bielsko-Biala (Bielsko-Biala, Poland), University of Žilina (Žilina, Slovak republic).

The materials of the Workshop are planned to be published on the platform in a proceeding with ISSN, which will be indexed in the Scopus database.

The theme of the workshop reflects current problems in the field of Computer Engineering and Information Technologies During the Workshop, both theoretical developments and their application in practice will be considered.

The main purpose of the Workshop is to discuss the latest research results in the following areas:

• Information Technology;
• Artificial intelligence and augmented reality;
• Computer systems and networks;
• Information and cyber security;
• Intelligent devices and systems;
• Programming and information and communication technologies;
• Mathematical and computer modeling in information systems;
• Image recognition, digital processing of images and signals;
• Software Engineering;
• Communication, GRID and cloud technologies. IoT;
• Intelligent data analysis, DataMining and BigData technologies.

The workshop materials may include articles presenting the results of original research in the field of Computer Engineering and Information Technologies.

The official language of the Workshop is English. All works must also be written and presented in English. The workshop will take the form of oral presentations in English with presentations. Reporting is required.

All submissions must be original, i.e. not published in previous seminars, conferences or journals and contain at least 10 “standard” pages and comply with CEUR format guidelines.

Your application must be prepared using Microsoft Word Proceedings.

Requirements:

1. no more than 5 authors per article;

2. self-citation not more than 20%;

3. the total index of authors in the DBLP database has to be at least 5.

All papers will be evaluated by at least three members of the International Program Committee. In addition, accepted articles must be presented at the conference by at least one of their authors. All accepted papers will be published in the electronic conference proceedings with ISSN.

The author’s agreement on publication of the contribution is in open access on CEUR-WS.org.
